McDonnell Community Room at Sully Station to discuss matters important to the community or upcoming events.  February the Annual meeting is held the first Tuesday of the month.  In addition, the board is also responsible for enforcing the CMCA covenants and managing the finances.  Please contact the board if you are interested in attending a regular board meeting in case there has been a meeting change.

Annual Yard Sale
One man's junk is another man's treasure, right?!? And what better way to find new treasures than a community yard sale! Each Spring and Fall, CMCA coordinates the neighborhood yard sale. By coordinating our efforts, our neighborhood "stores" will enjoy greater profits.

Annual Picnic
Each Fall, the CMCA sponsors a community picnic held in the neighborhood. Bring the kids and meet your neighbors!   Past activities have included moon bounces, assorted food and drink, face painting and cotton candy, to name a few.  By the look of the pictures, the picnic was a resounding success!  Look for more specific information on the CMCA website or in the newsletters.
